Do you offer a written contract?

Yes

May we meet with you in person before we sign a contract?

Yes we can definitely arrange that just let us know a few times that work for you.

How long have you been a DJ and how many events have you done?

We have been DJing for over 10 years and 50+ weddings in the last year alone.

How many events do you do each year?

We do 1-2 weddings each weekend during peak wedding season as well as many corporate events, Proms etc.

Do you perform for more than one event in a day?

Sometimes we have for corporate events but not for weddings.

Do you act as the MC and make announcements?

Yes we MC and will go over any announcements you want made prior to the wedding.

How would you define your "style" when making announcements?

Our style is intentionally fun and upbeat without being obnoxious or trying too much focus on the DJ.

What do you do to motivate the crowd if nobody is dancing?

Typically being able to read a crowd to know if a group dance song like the wobble will get everyone out, knowing when tempo needs to be picked up or slowed down, and if needed getting on the mic to encourage everyone to dance in a way that is fun or humorous but not annoying.

What if something happens to you and you can’t make it to the event?

One of our other DJs/Attendants would fill in, though to date we haven't missed an event.

Will we meet again before the wedding?

We will meet in person or via phone/video call to go through the schedule, announcements, and playlist.

How involved can we be in selecting music for our event?

We encourage couples to be as specific as they want as this helps us to know the vibe/style you want.

When do we need to submit our music requests and event details?

A month prior is great.

Do you take requests from our guests?

We do as long as they aren't on your "do not play" list.

Can we submit a “Do Not Play” list?

 Absolutely.

When do you arrive to set up for our event?

2-3 hrs before the start.

What will you wear to our event?

Shirt and tie (jacket if requested).

How much of a deposit is required to secure our date?

50% of the total fee paid within 30 days of receiving the contract.

What is included in the cost of my event?

All sound equipment including mics for speeches and officiant (if hired for the ceremony), dance lighting, MCing, DJing, and consultation.

How much would you charge for overtime?

$100 per hour.

What do you require from us?

A signed contract, a deposit of 50% paid within 30 days of receiving the contract, final payment due one week prior to the event.

Do you take any breaks?

We will eat dinner during the reception but will still be playing music so no real or scheduled "breaks"
